Another one of my grandma's favourite dishes, this braised fish is so easy to make in just 20 minutes, and has a delicious sweet and savoury sauce that keeps you coming back for more!

Ingredients
2piecesany white fish (I used red grouper)approximately 275g each
1/2red onionsliced
1bulbgarlicpeeled
1inchgingersliced
2stalkscoriander
Sauce
2tbspoyster sauce
2tbsplight soy sauce
2tbspfish sauce
2tbspsesame oil
1tbspsugar
5tbspwater
Instructions
Chop the coriander and separate the stalks and leafy parts. Peel the garlic, slice the red onion and ginger.
Prepare the sauce with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar and water.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then stir fry the garlic, red onion and ginger until fragrant.
Add the coriander (stalks) and place the fish on top. Then, pour the sauce over it and let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
