300gbeef flank steaksliced
4clovesgarlicminced

1red chillisliced
1spring onioncut into 2 inch lengths
Marinade
2tbspcornstarch
1tbspoyster sauce
1tbspdark soy sauce
1tspcooking oil
1tspgrated ginger
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Marinade the sliced beef with cornstarch, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking oil, grated ginger and salt. Mix well and marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Heat up the oil in a pan on medium high heat. Stir fry the garlic, ginger, spring onion (white part) until fragrant.
Pour in the marinade sliced beef and give it a quick stir fry. Then, add in some hot water for sauce.
