Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, the roasted garlic butter delivers a delicious balance of savoury and buttery richness, topped off with yummy melted mozzarella cheese that stretches and oozes when pulled apart!
Chop off the tops of the garlic bulbs. Place them on a piece of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap it up in the foil and air fry at 190°C / 380°F for 20 minutes or until the garlic is soft. Leave it to cool.
Squeeze out the garlic into a bowl. Add unsalted butter, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and mix well.
Slice your baguette in half and spread the mixture generously.
Top it with LOTS of cheese, air fry at 190°C / 380°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
Once golden and crunchy, top with parsley. Slice and serve!
