Instructions
Boil water in a pot, then add the pork belly, spring onion and ginger. Let it simmer with the lid on for 25 minutes.
Take out the pork and let it cool down. While waiting, chop up some basil and make the dipping sauce.
Slice up the pork as thin as you'd like, then serve!
