Instructions
Separate the egg white and yolk. Season the egg white with salt.
Add the egg yolk into the rice to give it it’s golden colour. Make sure it’s coated evenly. Pro Tip: It doesn’t matter if you use freshly cooked rice or day-old rice. If you use freshly cooked rice, make sure to adjust the water so it doesn’t turn out too moist.
Cook the egg white first, then add the coated rice over high heat and season it with salt. Mix well and serve!
Optional step: Garnish with green onions before serving for a little extra flavour.
