Grandma's Braised Ginger Soy Chicken
This is one of my grandma's go-to recipes with tender chicken infused in rich chicken essence and a subtle warmth from the ginger.

Ingredients

boneless chicken thighs
1
inch
ginger
sliced
1
red onion
sliced
2
green onions
Marinate

tbsp
Chinese wine
2
tbsp
light soy sauce
2
tbsp
oyster sauce
Instructions
Slice the boneless chicken thighs into bite sizes. Marinate with Chinese wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
Saute the ginger and red onion until it’s fragrant before tossing in the green onions (white part) and marinated chicken.
Let it simmer in low heat for 15 minutes.
Once done, garnish with chopped green onion (green part) and serve!
