Another one of my favourite dishes with a delicious soupy, sweet and savoury sauce that melds everything together for another perfect one-pot recipe to go with your rice!

Ingredients
2egg tofu
6prawns
100genoki mushrooms
1tspsugar
2tspoyster sauce
2tsplight soy sauce
2tsptomato sauce
somehot water
somecornstarch
chilligarnish
spring oniongarnish
Instructions
Coat the tofu with cornstarch and pan fry them till golden, set it aside.
Pan fry prawns till they turn red, set it aside.
Turn the heat down, spread the enoki mushrooms at the bottom of the pan, and top it with egg tofu. Add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, tomato sauce and hot water.
Turn up the heat and let it boil for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add prawns in and let it simmer for another 1 minute.
Garnish with chopped chilli and spring onion, then serve!
