750gboneless chicken thighs
someginger slices
1tbsplight soy
1tbspoyster sauce
1/4tspsalt
1tspsugar
1/2tsppepper
2tbspcorn flour
Topping
4spring onions
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspseasoning
3tbsphot cooking oilheated up
1tspsesame oil
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with light soy, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, corn flour and ginger slices. Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes for better absorption of flavours.
For the topping, dice the spring onions and add salt, seasoning, hot cooking oil to let it sizzle, and sesame oil, then mix well.
Place the marinated chicken on a plate and steam it for 30 minutes on high heat. Add the toppings and serve!
