Instructions
Cut up tomatoes into wedges.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add vinegar and give it a good mix.
Saute minced garlic over medium heat until it's fragrant, then add in tomatoes and some water to let it cook.
Once the tomatoes are a little soft, add ketchup, salt, sugar and a few dashes of pepper then set it aside.
Use a clean pan and pan fry the eggs over medium heat. Gently stir the eggs until they are 80% cooked, then turn off the heat, pour in the cooked tomato and mix them well.
