Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • parsley
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop off the tops of the garlic bulbs. Place them on a piece of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap it up in the foil and air fry at 190°C / 380°F for 20 minutes or until the garlic is soft. Leave it to cool.
  • Squeeze out the garlic into a bowl. Add unsalted butter, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and mix well.
  • Slice your baguette in half and spread the mixture generously. 
  • Top it with LOTS of cheese, air fry at 190°C / 380°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
  • Once golden and crunchy, top with parsley. Slice and serve!
