This Prawn and Egg dish is one of my go-to meals on the busiest of days, because it only takes 10 minutes to whip up a delicious and nutritious meal, and the kids will love it too! This dish promises a burst of savory goodness without much effort, and adding some chili oil at the end just adds so much YUM!
Start off by beating the eggs with milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of white pepper. Whisk it all together until you have a velvety blend ready to stir fry. Next is to prepare the prawns (or just buy them deshelled and deveined), before tossing them into the pan to stir fry with garlic and a pinch of salt until the prawns turn red.
Cook the egg mix on low heat until it’s about 80% done, then reintroduce the beautifully sautéed prawns. Gently fold them into the mix, creating a harmonious dance of textures and flavors.
For the finishing touches on this 10-Minute Prawn and Egg dish, garnish it with fresh spring onions for a burst of color and a hint of freshness. Then top it all off with a drizzle of chili oil, adding a subtle kick that elevates the entire dish.
The best part is serving this delightful creation on a bed of rice. The combination of warm fluffy rice, succulent prawns, and velvety eggs is a match made in culinary heaven.
And there you have it – a mouthwatering 10-Minute Prawn and Egg over rice that brings together simplicity and flavor in every bite. Perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends, this recipe is a game-changer for anyone looking to whip up a tasty meal without breaking a sweat. Give it a try, and let the deliciousness speak for itself! So let’s get to it!
