Cuttlefish, also known as squid, is a type of mollusk that has a firm and chewy texture and a mild flavor. It is a good source of protein, iron, and zinc, as well as omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for your heart and brain. Chives are a type of herb that belong to the onion family and have a mild and onion-like flavor.
