- 260 g minced pork
- 55 g preserved vegetables
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 spring onion chopped
- Some ginger
- cilantro for garnish
- chilli for garnish
Instructions
- Finely chop the preserved vegetables and add it to the minced pork in a mixing bowl.
- Add water, Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, spring onions and ginger into the mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together until the mixture turns into a sticky, smooth paste.
